WINNIPEG - Registration just opened yesterday and there are already three candidates for mayor of Winnipeg.
Jenny Motkaluk, Don Woodstock and Chris Clacio have registered their campaigns with the city clerk's office.
Motkaluk finished second to mayor Brian Bowman in 2018, while Woodstock was fourth.
Bowman is not seeking re-election.
I will vote for whoever votes against mandates.
