Woman's Race Of A Lifetime

WINNIPEG - Caroline Wiebe is back at home again after finishing a 250 kilometre race through the Sahara Desert.

The 50 year old Winnipeg woman was one of 16 Canadians to take part in the six day race in Morocco.

She says they slept in tents, carried their own food and at one point had to deal with poor visibility caused by a storm with 90 kilometre an hour wins.

Wiebe prepared for the race for two years.
