WINNIPEG - Police are investigating a possible case of animal cruelty in the 1400 block of Ross Avenue in Winnipeg.
Officers entered a home with only a freezer inside where they found the remains of eight dogs in garbage bags.
The home has been empty for six years but it's believed multiple people have been coming and going during that time.
