WINNIPEG - Police are asking for the public's help with a deadly hit and run in Winnipeg seven years ago.
21 year old Cody Joss was walking north on Inkster at McGregor on December 19th, 2014 when he was hit by a vehicle going west on Inkster.
The vehicle fled and Cody died later in hospital.
