WINNIPEG - Police are looking for 53 year old Neigel Ryan Noel who is wanted for second degree murder.
On May 4th, 39 year old Scott Matthew Catcheway was found dead after a serious assault in the 400 block of Young Street.
The Homicide Unit believes Noel has fled to Ontario, possibly the Thunder Bay area.
If you see him, do not approach because he may be armed.
