WINNIPEG - A woman who took a video of a police officer not wearing a mask during a traffic stop says she will file a complaint with the Law Enforcement Review Agency.
In the video, the cop decides to issue a ticket instead of a warning after being asked about not having a mask on.
The Winnipeg Police Service says the officer has been spoken to about his conduct by his commanding officer and the matter has been dealt with.
