U Of M Strike Vote Continues

WINNIPEG - A three day strike vote is underway by faculty at the University of Manitoba.

The U of M Faculty Association says its members want their pay to be closer to what professors are making at other universities across Canada.

The university is offering a three year contract with a 2.5 per cent salary increase.

The association represents professors, librarians and researchers.

The faculty has been working without a deal since April.
