WINNIPEG - The University of Manitoba has rejected an offer of contract arbitration from its faculty members.
The university has offered a zero per cent pay increase for April of this year to March of next year which is in line with a mandate from the province in August.
The faculty association had people honking their horns yesterday afternoon at the U of M to show support for its members.
