WINNIPEG - 2021 was another record-breaking year for the city's real estate market.
And the Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board says this year could be just as hectic.
According to the board, all types of properties saw double-digit increases in sales. Condominium sales jumped 39 per cent.
Demand for property is high and first-time buyers have saved enough money for a down payment because they did not do much travelling during the pandemic.
