WINNIPEG - The public may have been exposed to one of the COVID-19 variants of concern.
The province says the possible exposures to the B117 or UK variant happened last weekend at a few different locations in Winnipeg.
-March 5th at Silver Heights Restaurant at 2169 Portage Avenue between 5 and 7 p.m.
-March 6th at Chicken Chef Restaurant at Unicity Mall between 5 and 7 p.m.
-March 6th at Garden City Hairstylists at Garden City Shopping Centre between 12 and 12:30 p.m.

The UK variant is more transmissible and might be more deadly.
