Parking Enforcement Resumes In Winnipeg

Parking Enforcement Resumes

WINNIPEG - The City of Winnipeg plans to start enforcing residential parking limits again.

When the pandemic began in March of 2020, the city allowed people to ignore posted time limits when parking on streets.

Those restrictions will be back in effect starting November 1st.

If you need to park for longer than the allowed time, you can apply for a residential parking permit.

If you paid for a parking permit over the past 19 months, you can apply for a rebate by contacting 311.
