WINNIPEG - Peter Nygard made a brief video appearance in a Toronto court this morning.
He's due back before a judge on November 12th.
Nygard was flown to Toronto to face several charges there.
His lawyer Jay Prober says police detectives from that city executed a warrant yesterday at Headingley Correctional Centre and then escorted the disgraced former fashion mogul back to TO.
Nygard was answering to the charges including sexual assault and forcible confinement.
He's looking at similar charges in the US and earlier this month consented to extradition.
Nygard was arrested in Winnipeg last year under the Extradition Act.
