Motorcyclist Clocked at Nearly 200 km/h Receives $1,463 Fine

WINNIPEG – A motorcyclist may lose his license and will pay a huge fine after reaching speeds close to 200 km/h.

In a tweet, Winnipeg Police posted the drivers clocked speed at 198 km/h in a 90 zone, on Friday.

The driver didn’t lose his bike but he did receive a fine of $1463.00.

Police also issued a serious offence notice which means the Registrar of Motor Vehicles will review and could suspend or cancel the license.
