WINNIPEG - McPhillips is open again after a train derailment on the street near Logan Avenue Friday morning.
Meanwhile, premier Heather Stefanson says the incident should reignite talks about rail relocation, an idea that has been discussed for decades.
Many believe it would increase safety and remove large rail yards that divide neighbourhoods.
Stefanson says she continues to discuss the issue with Winnipeg Mayor Scott Gillingham.
