WINNIPEG - One of the summer's biggest outdoor events has been cancelled. Organizers of the Winnipeg Folk Festival say the 47th annual event now won't happen in July because of CoVid-19. Ticket refunds are available but the fest is hoping people might donate their ticket to help make sure the event happens in the future.
