WINNIPEG - One of Manitoba's biggest festivals is back for its first fully in-person event in nearly three years.
Festival du Voyageur is an annual outdoor celebration of the province's francophone community and it kicked off on Friday.
Executive director Darrel Nadeau says it is nice to have everyone back after the COVID-19 pandemic forced things completely online in 2021 and partially online last winter.
The 10 days of winter fun includes 200 performing artists, snow sculpting and historic re-enactments.
