WINNIPEG - The Pride parade returned to Winnipeg on Sunday after two years of being on hold because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Premier Heather Stefanson spoke to parade participants at the legislature before they made their way to The Forks.
Organizers estimate more than 50,000 people took part in weekend activities across the city, the most ever.
Winnipeg was also this year's host city for Fierte Canada Pride where Pride associations from across the country travel here to celebrate.
