Jets Score 4-3 Win In Ottawa

WINNIPEG - Nikolaj Ehlers had a goal and two assists last night as the Winnipeg Jets kept their slim playoff hopes alive with a 4-3 victory over the Ottawa Senators at the Canadian Tire Centre.

Pierre-Luc Dubois, Paul Stastny and Kyle Connor also scored for Winnipeg. Dubois’ goal was the 100th of his career. Connor Hellebuyck stopped 31 of the 34 shots he faced; the Jets were outshot by the Senators 34-25.

Brady Tkachuk lead Ottawa with a pair of goals; Josh Norris also scored, while Mads Sogaard, making his second NHL start, stopped 21 shots.

The Jets (34-28-11) mini road trip continues tonight in Montreal against the Canadiens. The Jets beat the Habs 8-4 back on March 1st. Tonight’s puck drop is 6pm (SNW, 680 CJOB/Power 97).
