WINNIPEG - Eric Comrie was sensational Wednesday night, stopping all 34 shots he faced for his first career NHL shutout. The Winnipeg Jets blanked the Philadelphia Flyers 4-0 at Canada Life Centre.
Kyle Connor led the Jets with his 46th goal and 2 assists. Nikolaj Ehlers and Blake Wheeler each had a goal and an assist. Pierre-Luc Dubois had the other goal for the Jets.
Winnipeg is now 37-32-11 and Philadelphia falls to 25-45-11. Both teams have been eliminated from the playoffs.
The Jets continue the homestand on Friday when they face the Calgary Flames at 7 p.m. (TSN3, 680 CJOB/Power 97).
