Woman Tasered During Violent Carjacking

WINNIPEG – Police are looking for a suspect in a violent carjacking that occurred on September 17 just before 1:00 A.M. at the intersection of Meadowood and St. Mary’s Road.

The victim was yanked out of her car and tasered as she was getting into her parked car. The carjacker then took her cell phone and keys before driving off in her vehicle.

The stolen vehicle is a 2018 white Chevrolet Cruz (KEW 233). It has not been located.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 5’11” – 6’ in height, medium build, 21 – 22 years.
