WINNIPEG- There’s been another arrest in the killing of 31 year old Richard Dominic Anthony Contois in Winnipeg on May 6th.
A 17 year old Winnipegger was charged with second degree murder on May 17th and now a second arrest has been made in Norway House.
19 year old Joseph Bruce Evans also faces a second degree murder charge.
Investigators do not think the victim and suspects knew each other.
It’s believed an altercation escalated into a stabbing neear the Slaw Rebchuck Bridge.
