WINNIPEG - Police have arrested a 26 year old man in connection with a downtown homicide last week.
26 year old Kody Terrance Joseph Pangman faces a few different charges including second degree murder.
A 40 year old man was assaulted Wednesday night on Edmonton Street near Central Park.
Prasad Biswa was taken to hospital in critical condition but later died from his injuries.
