Winnipeg Man Victim of Carjacking

A 35 year-old man was was forced give a ride to two suspects, a man and a woman, who then robbed him and drove off in his vehicle.

On November 13 at approximately 10:20 pm., the victim was returning to his vehicle on Garry Street when he was approached by two suspects who ordered him into his vehicle and demanded a ride. They directed him to drive to Portage Avenue and Ashburn Street where they forced him to pull over and exit his vehicle. They took his personal belongings and then drove off in his 2014 silver Ford Escape.

The victim was not injured but believes that the male had a weapon.

The male suspect had his face covered and is described as approximately 5’10” in height with a thin build.

The female suspect is described as Indigenous, 25-30 years-of-age and approximately 5’10” in height with a thin build and long brown hair in a ponytail.
