WINNIPEG - City police have made an arrest after the latest homicide.
45 year old Brandon Carl Starnyski faces a second degree murder charge following a deadly dispute earlier this weekend that cops are calling domestic in nature.
46 year old Marie Morin was taken by ambulance in critical condition yesterday around noon from a suite in the 300 block of Redwood Avenue.
She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
