WINNIPEG - A Southdale woman's death is being treated as a homicide after police responded to a 911 call yesterday morning.
Police responded to the call from a residence on Rockcliffe Road at 10:45 am on March 26. They found the woman suffering from severe injuries and she was taken to the hospital in critical condition. She has since died as a result of her injuries.
Her name and age have not been released.
The Winnipeg Police Service Homicide Unit is now leading this investigation. Detectives are asking for anyone who may have information they believe could assist with this investigation to call 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
