Police Looking For Suspicious Man Around St. Germaine School

WINNIPEG – Police are looking for a suspicious man who was seen talking to children on the school ground of St. Germaine School.

He had also been noticed the previous day watching the children and was last seen on the bike path alongside the playground.

He is described as Caucasian and in his late 60’s with a medium build. He was riding a yellow bike and wearing a bike helmet and sunglasses.

On May 24, 2019, a man was observed at this same location and appeared to be taking photos or video of students engaged in physical activity. When approached by staff, the man fled in a new model light blue pick up truck.

The male is described as a Caucasian male in his 50’s with a medium build with light brown/grey hair.

It is unknown at this time if these two incidents are related.
