WINNIPEG – City police are investigating another murder, the 14th so far this year. Officers were called to the 700 block of Victor Street yesterday afternoon where they found an injured man who was taken to hospital in critical condition. He later died. The victim has been identified as 23 year old Noah Soloman Nigussie. No arrests have been made yet.
