WINNIPEG - Police have arrested a man for dozens of thefts, mostly at dog parks, daycares and cemeteries.
For the last few months, parked vehicles have been broken into and wallets and purses were taken.
Fraudulent purchases were then made at nearby businesses.
On a few occasions, homes were entered and items were taken there too.
49 year old Gregory Francis Courchene faces 56 counts of theft, three break and enter charges and 80 counts of unauthorized use of credit card data.
