WINNIPEG - Police have arrested a 33 year old man after a teen was repeatedly fondled earlier this month.
Derrick Marco Ross is accused of sexual assault and failing to comply with a condition of release order.
He was picked up on Monday in the 100 block of Waterford Green Common and remains in custody.
The 16 year old victim was approached and fondled after leaving a bus stop in the Inkster Gardens area of Winnipeg on March 8th.
