WINNIPEG - Police are looking for two to three suspects after a man was stabbed on a Winnipeg Transit bus.
It happened Friday evening near Sargent Avenue and Balmoral Street.
Investigators say the stabbing began as an altercation of some kind.
The bus pulled over immediately but the perpetrators fled before officers arrived.
The victim was taken to hospital in unstable condition but he was later upgraded to stable.
Major Crimes Unit at 204-986-6219 is investigating.
