Police Find 55 Pieces of Crack During Traffic Stop

WINNIPEG – Police stopped a suspected stolen vehicle that resulted in two Winnipeg men facing trafficking charges.

The vehicle was stopped near Pipeline Road and Beauty Avenue. Two men were in the vehicle, one was in possession of 55 pieces of crack cocaine and more than $2000 in cash.

Police arrested both men, a 22-year-old and a 23-year-old, for Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime. They were both released on a Promise to Appear.
