WINNIPEG - All weather warnings have ended in southern Manitoba but the following snowfall warning is in effect in the central part of the province:
Snow and local blowing snow is expected to continue across Central Manitoba today, with an addition 5-15 cm expected depending on location. A few more cm is expected tonight before the snow tapers off on Friday...with the exception of the Island Lake area, where heavier accumulations will persist into Friday.
Travel is not recommended. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. If you must travel, keep others informed of your schedule and destination and carry an emergency kit and mobile phone.
