WINNIPEG - Manitoba will end the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers, teachers and other frontline workers On Tuesday.

Dr. Brent Roussin, the provinces chief public health officer, says the vaccination requirement was never meant to be permanent.

Vaccination rates are high and COVID numbers are dropping but a group representing doctors in Manitoba is warning that hospitals are not back to normal yet.
