WINNIPEG - Two teenaged drivers were hit with over $1800 in fines each and are both facing possible licence suspensions after they were clocked driving at 189-KM/H by RCMP.
Police stopped the 17-year-old and an 18-year-old for speeding in two separate cars. The 17-year-old told officers that it “got out of hand”.
