Truckers Getting Vaccinated

Truckers Getting Vaccinated

WINNIPEG - Starting today, Manitoba truckers are getting vaccinated against COVID-19.

It's being made possible by a deal, where North Dakota provides vaccines for commercial truckers who travel to and through the state.

Premier Brian Pallister says he hopes to expand the initiative to include other essential workers who have to be in the US for their work.

Up to 4,000 truckers are eligible for shots which will be administered at a rest stop south or the border.
