WINNIPEG - Manitoba RCMP say they have identified dozens of suspects from Saturday night’s house party in East St. Paul where officers were swarmed, spat on and subjected to racial slurs.
Two police cruisers were damaged, a teen girl was almost sexually assaulted and Mounties had fireworks launched at them.
Arrests were made that night to help control the crowd of hundreds of people but there was no immediate word of any charges.
Pepper spray, beanbag rounds or other forceful means were not used to calm the situation.
