SELKIRK – Selkirk RCMP are looking for a suspect who possibly robbed two separate businesses on the same night.

The masked suspect first entered a business on Morris Avenue and showing a knife, demanded items. He then fled on a bicycle.

Later that night the suspect, again wearing a mask and carrying a knife, entered a business on Main Street. He walked erratically around the store but left without taking anything.

While the incidents are similar in nature, investigators cannot confirm if it is the same suspect.

The suspect in both robberies is described as male, wearing a black balaclava, 5’5″- 5’9″ in height, slim build, and possibly in his 20s or 30s. In the second incident, the suspect is also wearing a brown winter jacket, blue jeans with holes and black shoes.
