Saskatchewan Man Arrested in Flin Flon Armed Robbery

FLIN FLON – A 34 year-old Creighton, Saskatchewan man has been arrested following an armed robbery in Flin Flon.

The suspect entered the Main Street business on January 3 at about 10:30 pm., wearing a ski mask and carrying a handgun. He ordered the employee to open the register and left with cash and two cases of beer.

On January 4, 2019, Flin Flon RCMP arrested 34-year-old, Donald Colomb from Creighton, Saskatchewan. He has been charged with Armed Robbery, Disguise with Intent to Commit an Offence, Possession of Weapon, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm and Failing to Comply with Probation.

Colomb was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in The Pas court today.
