Roussin Town Hall Tonight For Parents

Roussin Town Hall For Parents

WINNIPEG - The province's chief public health officer will hold a town hall by phone tonight to answer parents' questions about all the respiratory viruses making their kids sick.

Dr. Brent Roussin says he will stress the need for preventive action like washing your hands and getting the flu shot.

He says Manitoba is being hit by three viruses at once - COVID-19, the flu and RSV.

The town hall will also involve Dr. Elisabete Doyle, medical director at Winnipeg's children's hospital.
