Return To School Delayed In Manitoba

Return To School Delayed

WINNIPEG - Manitoba students won't return to class on January 6th after the holidays as planned.

They will go back on January 10th to give the province an extra four days to assess the risk of the new Omicron variant.

Staff will go back to school on January 6th to prepare for learning.

Officials say the delay will also give them time to distribute rapid tests to schools.
