WINNIPEG - Restaurants welcomed back their customers on the weekend.
Under new public health orders that took effect Saturday morning, restaurants reopened to both indoor and outdoor dining with some restrictions.
Restaurants and bars opened at 25 per cent capacity indoors and 50 per cent on patios.
People dining together indoors had to be from the same household or fully vaccinated.
Restaurants are happy to be back but they are hoping their hours can be extended soon.
They are currently required to stop serving food and alcohol at 10 p.m.
What a great day! We appreciate all our guests so much! pic.twitter.com/UV5q7CJkRj
