Nygard Decision To Be Reviewed

Nygard Decision Review

WINNIPEG - Crown prosecutors in Saskatchewan will take a second look at the Crown's decision in this province to not lay charges against former fashion mogul Peter Nygard.

A spokesperson for Manitoba Justice Minister Kelvin Goertzen says prosecutors from Saskatchewan have been asked for an independent opinion.

Nygard faces two sex charges in Quebec and nine in Ontario. He is also accused of sex trafficking in the US. The 81 year old has denied all allegations.

At the start of this month, Goertzen announced he would seek an out-of-province review of evidence.
