No Break in the Cold for Manitoba

WINNIPEG MB - Bundle up, the cold we are experiencing in Manitoba today will stay with us all week long.

Winnipeg is expecting sunny skies right through to Friday, but the trade off for sunshine is frigid temperatures. The high will remain around the same each day, between minus 16 and minus 19. The positive is that the wind should not be a factor after today.
