WINNIPEG - More possible graves have been found on two Manitoba First Nations.
190 anomalies have been discovered at Sagkeeng, while six have been located at Minegoziibe Anishinabe.
Initial data from ground-penetrating radar indicates the anomalies could be graves but more information is needed.
The Chiefs of the Indigenous communities say they continue to seek answers.
Sagkeeng Chief Derrick Henderson says he will listen to elders, survivors and pipe carriers before deciding next steps.
Not one body has been removed from any site. Until one comes out, I don't believe these are anything more than tree roots.
