WINNIPEG - Morden is worried about its drinking water supply.
Mayor Brandon Burley says Lake Minnewasta is three metres below normal and dropping 15 centimetres every two weeks.
The city of almost 9,000 has months before its water runs out completely but it's worrisome, especially as drought conditions persist.
Morden has had water restrictions in place since May.
At least one other municipality has implemented similar restrictions to deal with a lack of supply.
