Manitoba's Premier Being Threatened

Premier Being Threatened

WINNIPEG - Manitoba's premier says he and his family have been threatened over the province's COVID-19 public health orders.

Kelvin Goertzen, also the MLA for Steinbach, says he supports the orders, including vaccine mandates and the requirement for proof of vaccination.

He believes these orders keep the virus in check and ensure that Manitobans who need health care get it.

Goertzen admits he doesn't like the measures but it's better than having to cancel 15,000 surgeries.
