WINNIPEG - Manitoba is spending $100 million to try and keep sport, culture and heritage programs affordable for people.
The Arts, Culture and Sport in Community fund will give out grants to local organizations for capital projects, community celebrations and special initiatives.
$34 million will be distributed this year, with applications opening in mid-August.
