Harvest 95% Done

WINNIPEG - Harvesting in this province is nearing an end for another year.

The latest crop report from Manitoba Agriculture says 95 per cent of all crops are in the bin after a hard push to wrap up the soybean harvest.

The northwest is furthest along at 97 per cent, while the southwest trails at 91 per cent.

Sunflower yields are on track for an average or above average year.

The harvesting of grain corn continues.

Soil Moisture is a concern across much of the province.
