WINNIPEG - The province is hoping people will choose Moderna as they become eligible for their second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Manitoba's Vaccine Task Force says Pfizer supplies are expected to dwindle after this month.
89,000 doses a week of Pfizer now will drop to 33,000 early next month.
However, because there's plenty of Moderna vaccine, Johanu Botha says second dose eligibility will continue to expand.
He hopes Manitobans will consider Moderna so there's Pfizer vaccine available for kids.
