Manitoba Promises Less Red Tape For Doctors

Less Red Tape For Doctors

WINNIPEG - The province says it will work with Doctors Manitoba to reduce unnecessary red tape faced by physicians.

According to health minister Audrey Gordon, the goal is to give more time for patients and help retain doctors.

Gordon says a task force will identify and then streamline or eliminate unnecessary administrative burdens placed on physicians.

A report will be released later this year.
